In this image Niki is dressed in a prom style dress with a dramatic tutu style train, reflecting her drama-queen personality. She is wearing a bubble-gum pink wig, Minaj says "When I get up in the morning and put on a pink or a green wig, I see myself as a piece of animation," she says. "It lets me be the person I want to be, a person who's not embarrassed to have fun." The pink wig also relates to just one of her altrenative persona's Barbie, based on the blonde plastic doll, linking into her own image as she is 'plastic' after having plastic surgery. Her trademark catchphrase on many of her song's is 'it's barbie b****'. Her make-up is dramatic two with a matching pink lipstick and thick black flase eyelashes. She is also wearing silver bangles matching her dress reflecting her glamourous side. She is wearing sky-high diva shoes, which make a big statement like the rest of her outfit. This is almost a fantasy like image as everything is over-exaggerated and colourful. Minaj says
"The animated bug has bitten pop culture," Minaj says. "It makes me feel happy and free. When you don't act seriously, you can make up your own rules.
Her pose is unique, it she is sitting on the floor with her arm on one leg, looking quite masculine, contrasting with the pink feminine theme of the image. Showing the masculine image and ego she maintains whilst rapping.
